  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the lamb chops with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  4. While the lamb is marinating, prepare the mint sauce by combining mint leaves, sugar, water, and vinegar in a saucepan.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  6. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Serve the lamb chops hot with the mint sauce drizzled on top.
