- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lamb chops with the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
- While the lamb is marinating, prepare the mint sauce by combining mint leaves, sugar, water, and vinegar in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Serve the lamb chops hot with the mint sauce drizzled on top.
