Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of rotini pasta
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
