Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place the beef belly in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until the beef is caramelized and tender.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
