  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Place the beef belly in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until the beef is caramelized and tender.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
