- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and basil.
- Layer half of the tomatoes in the pie crust, followed by half of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
