Description

These Irresistible Twix Cookies combine the rich flavors of chocolate, caramel, and cookie dough for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Twix bars.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
