  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and add potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken and potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes
