Delicious mini sandwiches perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound Italian deli meats (salami, ham, capicola)
- 1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the Italian deli meats evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add a layer of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Top with banana peppers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the mixture over the assembled sliders.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the meats and cheeses to your liking.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
