Delicious mini sandwiches perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound Italian deli meats (salami, ham, capicola)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the Italian deli meats evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Add a layer of provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Top with banana peppers.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drizzle the mixture over the assembled sliders.
  8. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
