- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
