  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
