A comforting and cheesy pasta bake featuring Italian sausage and spinach, perfect for an easy dinner.
Ingredients

- 12 oz mostaccioli pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sausage, spinach, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
