Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 1/2 pound of sliced salami
  • 1/2 pound of sliced ham
  • 1/2 pound of sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on both halves of the bread.
  4. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
  5. Add the sliced olives and pepperoncini on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  8. Place the top half of the bread back on and wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
