Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
- 2-3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup chopped nuts or crispy bacon bits (for coating)
- Crackers or veggies (for serving)
Instructions
- Combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts or crispy bacon bits to coat.
- Serve with crackers or veggie sticks. Enjoy!

For a spicier kick, add more jalapeños or cayenne pepper.
