  • 1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, green onions, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a football shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat.
