Description
A delicious and fun appetizer that combines the flavors of jalapeño poppers with crispy onion rings.
Ingredients

- 2 large onions
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
- Slice the onions into thick rings and separate them.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each onion ring with the cheese mixture.
- Dip the stuffed onion rings in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the onion rings until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
