Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a mini sausage.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
  7. Wrap the puff pastry around each jalapeño popper pig in a blanket.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
