Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add the steaks.
- Cook the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Baste the steaks with the melted garlic butter.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
