  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the beef loin roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
