- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef loin roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
