A perfectly tender and flavorful recipe for pulled beef made in a crock pot.

- 3–4 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, and chili powder.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
- Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the crock pot.
- Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight with the seasoning mix.
- Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
