Description

A perfectly tender and flavorful recipe for pulled beef made in a crock pot.


Ingredients

  • 34 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shredded.
  5. Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and mix it with the juices in the crock pot.
  6. Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
