- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the juices.
- Serve topped with feta cheese and fresh parsley.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the mixture overnight before cooking.
