Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the juices.
  6. Serve topped with feta cheese and fresh parsley.
