Description

A delicious and hearty recipe for a juicy garlic butter turkey meatloaf that is perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread the garlic butter over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
