  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
