Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Key Lime Pie Rolls featuring a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, key lime juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Roll the crust tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
