Description

Delicious and tangy Key Lime Truffles that are perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.

Notes

  • For a stronger lime flavor, add more lime zest.
