- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup key lime juice

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
