- 1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the corn. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- In another skillet, cook the marinated beef over high heat until browned and cooked through.
- To serve, place cooked rice in a bowl, top with the beef, and drizzle with the corn sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add gochujang to the marinade.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli to the beef.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
