Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
