- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
