Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Pour over the cooked beef and stir to combine.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the beef mixture over steamed rice and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Add your favorite vegetables on the side.
Notes
Fresh garlic and ginger enhance the flavors. Feel free to tweak the amount of brown sugar based on your taste preferences.
