Description
A delightful fusion of crispy kunafa and sweet chocolate-covered strawberries.
Ingredients

- 200g kunafa pastry
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g strawberries, washed and dried
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the kunafa pastry with melted butter until well coated.
- Spread the kunafa mixture evenly on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While the kunafa is baking, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler.
- Once the kunafa is done, let it cool slightly, then break it into small pieces.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll the chocolate-covered strawberries in the kunafa pieces until fully coated.
- Place the coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from seizing.
- Feel free to use white chocolate or milk chocolate as alternatives.
