Instructions

- Spread the lemon curd in the center, leaving a border around the edges.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the lemon curd.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
