Instructions

  4. Spread the lemon curd in the center, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the lemon curd.
  6. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
