- 1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, Pecorino cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour.
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts until golden on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Combine lemon juice and heavy cream in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken with the creamy lemon sauce drizzled on top.
