Description

A refreshing and zesty pizza perfect for spring evenings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle lemon zest and drizzle lemon juice over the ricotta.
  4. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the basil.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
