Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle lemon zest and drizzle lemon juice over the ricotta.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the basil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
