A refreshing and vibrant lemonade perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup green food coloring
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and sugar.
- Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the water and green food coloring, mixing well.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with lemon-lime soda.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
