Description

A refreshing and vibrant lemonade perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup green food coloring
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the water and green food coloring, mixing well.
  4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
  • For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with lemon-lime soda.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
