- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to brownie mix instructions.
- Prepare the brownie mix by combining the mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl.
- Pour the brownie batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin, filling each about halfway.
- Bake according to package instructions and let cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Once the brownies are cool, layer the cheesecake mixture on top of each brownie cup.
- Top with chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
