- 12 taco shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder over low heat until smooth.
- Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle the creamy cheese sauce over the loaded tacos.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
