Ingredients

  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, sauté garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sautéed vegetables, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
