Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and top with chopped green onions before serving.
