Description

A delicious and healthy low carb recipe featuring ground beef and cabbage, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage and soy sauce, cooking until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and top with chopped green onions before serving.
