- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
