Description
A delightful combination of creamy mac and cheese sandwiched between two slices of perfectly grilled bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of mac and cheese
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the bread.
- Spoon the mac and cheese over the cheddar cheese.
- Add the second slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mac and cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices to the mac and cheese before assembling the sandwich.
- Serve with a side of hearty soup for a complete meal.
