- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, and cream cheese until well mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a generous amount of the mac and cheese mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or vegetables for extra flavor.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
- These quesadillas can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
