Mac Cheese Bacon Burger Rolls

Description

Delicious rolls filled with mac and cheese, bacon, and burger flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of burger rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Take a burger roll and fill it with the mac and cheese mixture and a spoonful of ground beef.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
