- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mango purée
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Swirl in mango purée with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
