Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the maple chicken bites drizzled with spiced alfredo and alongside crispy Brussels sprouts.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level of the alfredo sauce by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- For a healthier option, you can use grilled chicken instead of baked.
