  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and rosemary.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over them.
  4. In another bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add sweet potatoes to the baking dish around the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender.
