- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 packet lime gelatin
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a fork once cooled.
- Mix the lime gelatin, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the cake, making sure to fill the holes.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices before serving.
Notes
