Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup minced meat (beef or chicken)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, water, sugar, and baking powder to form a dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a pan, heat oil and sauté minced meat until cooked.
  4. Add green onions, eggs, pepper, and soy sauce to the meat mixture and stir well.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
  6. Place the filling in the center of each circle and fold the edges over to seal.
  7. Fry the filled dough in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve hot with a side of chili sauce or sweet soy sauce.
