A quick and easy recipe for delicious meatball sliders that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, warm the marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  6. Once the meatballs are done, place each meatball on a slider bun, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add your favorite toppings like jalapeños or extra cheese.
