- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- In a separate pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Layer the cooked potatoes over the meatballs in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the meatball mixture.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
