- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, pinto beans, and diced tomatoes.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer the beef and bean mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and black olives before serving.

- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
