Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce or in a pita.
