Description

Delicious and flavorful chicken burgers infused with Mediterranean herbs and topped with feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and brush with olive oil.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
