Ingredients

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.
- Combine the cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and olives in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
